Dreamweaver Error:Translator load error - ICERegions.htm & Server Model SSI.htm

error code when DW CS4 is opened.



Removing the WinFileCache-7A9586CB.dat does not seem to eliminate the error.

This is the folder it is supposed to be in with Adobe Dreamweaver CS4 on a Windows XP machime:
